Chocolate Mug Cake
How about cake for breakfast, or an afternoon snack….or quite frankly anytime haha!
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 small banana
1 organic egg or egg replacer
1 scoop of chocolate protein powder (Silver Fern Brand Protein Shakes)
2 tsp cacao
A little sweetener of choice (Kakato™ – Natural High Fiber Sweetener)
Combine all of the ingredients into a blender and pulse until smooth.
Pour Intro a sprayed ramekin or mug. Microwave for 2 minutes.
For the chocolate drizzle mix:
1/2 tsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp coconut oil
1/2 tsp cacao
