I’m the type of person that likes to have a little something sweet after a meal. It doesn’t have to be much – even an after dinner mint does the trick. But we all know how addicting the white powdery poison can be (aka sugar). Often just a little turns into way too much. So here’s my solution : frozen mango slices!!This is what I did with all those mangos I bought. Now I can reach into the freezer after a meal for a perfectly satisfying finish 🙂 Simply line a tray or plate with wax paper. Slice a mango and line in up so that the pieces don’t touch. Put the tray in the freezer and once the mango is frozen through store it in a freezer bag. The kids love these – especially in the summer.
