Well hello there
I’m Charity. I am a wife, mother and lover of food. Originally from Canada, I came to Utah for universtiy and married an American! I hope you will enjoy browsing through the site which is filled with recipes and tips on how to incorporate whole foods into your daily diet. For years my main goal was simply to be skinnier. Luckily as I got older (and wiser), my goals changed to simply being the healthiest I can be . I love to cook and to I have a monthly segment on the local news.
